What it is
The workspace's default landing page and its primary spend posture view. It consolidates current spend, trend, anomalies, budget pressure, and ingestion health across every connected provider into one screen.
Who it is for
Everyone with access to the workspace. It is the shared starting point for engineers, finance, and leadership — and the page most users open first each day.
How it works
Overview reads the normalised spend ledger rather than any single provider API — which is what allows AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI costs to be presented as one number and one trend line.
Anomaly highlighting combines a machine-learning anomaly engine with spend-shape detection, so a genuine step change is distinguished from ordinary volatility and from known seasonality.
Budget posture is evaluated against the guardrails configured in Policies, with separate soft and hard thresholds.
Ingestion health sits on the same screen as the spend figure — deliberately
A spend figure is only as trustworthy as the freshness of the data behind it. A stale or failed ingestion is visible here rather than silently producing a wrong number.
This prevents the most damaging failure mode in cost tooling: a confident number computed from incomplete data.
Features
- Consolidated multi-cloud daily and monthly spend trend with anomaly highlighting
- Budget posture tracking against configurable soft and hard thresholds
- Service-level breakdown, sliceable by team, environment, and feature using the normalised dimensions
- Ingestion operations panel with per-run record counts, timing, and error surfacing
- Manual spend refresh, plus visibility of the scheduled refresh cadence and run history
- Spend history presets — saved slices of the ledger that can be recalled, edited, deleted
- Direct routing into Opportunity Queue and Optimization from anomalies and drivers
How to use it
Check the ingestion panel first, every time
Confirm a recent successful run for every connected provider. If a provider is missing or errored, resolve it in Cloud Accounts before reading anything else on the page.
Read the headline figure and trend
Check whether any anomaly markers are present.
Open any anomaly
See the contributing services and accounts, then follow through to Cost Center → Current Cost for the driver breakdown, or to Apex → Incidents to open a formal investigation.
Check budget posture
If spend is approaching a soft threshold, review guardrails in Policies and the forecast in Predictive Analytics.
Save the slices you review regularly
As history presets, so the same view is one click away next time.
Use the refresh control when data has just landed
And the page needs to reflect it immediately.
Why it matters
It replaces the daily routine of opening three or four cloud consoles and reconciling them by hand.
More importantly, by putting ingestion health on the same screen as the spend figure, it prevents the most damaging failure mode in cost tooling — a confident number computed from incomplete data.

Apex
The AI command center — a natural-language control plane over the entire platform, wired into 103 real capabilities with full permission and approval enforcement.
Optimization
The action-first savings pipeline — bundles opportunities into executable work, runs them through guardrails and approvals, and reports realised return on investment.
