Varcio Cloud
The company behind FinOps Copilot — its cloud consulting and managed services practice, its wider product family, and where this product sits among them.
FinOps Copilot is built by Varcio Cloud, an enterprise cloud consulting and managed services company working across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
This page explains the wider portfolio, so you know what else is available and who to talk to when a problem sits outside what the product itself can solve.
You do not need to read this to use FinOps Copilot. It is here for teams evaluating the product, or wondering whether the same team can help with the migration, platform work, or AI engineering around it.
Where FinOps Copilot sits
The FinOps & Cost Optimization service line and the FinOps Copilot product are two sides of the same practice: the service is the people who run a cost programme with you, and the product is the platform that programme runs on.
The product family
Varcio Cloud ships eight products. Most are domain-specific AI agents; FinOps Copilot is the cost operations platform documented on this site.
Cloud and platform
FinOps Copilot
AI-powered cloud cost intelligence that eliminates waste and maximizes ROI. The product documented here.
Meridian
Multi-cloud SRE agent that correlates incidents across AWS, Azure, and GCP — and quantifies their cost impact.
Pathfinder
A living, continuously updated cloud migration roadmap rather than a one-time assessment.
Warden
Governance and security control tower for every AI agent and LLM integration you run.
Industry agents
Cadence
Retail demand-forecasting agent that auto-triggers infrastructure scaling ahead of demand.
Pulse
Manufacturing predictive-maintenance agent fusing IoT sensor streams.
Vitalis
Healthcare prior-authorization and clinical documentation agent, EHR-integrated.
Assessa
Insurance underwriting and claims triage agent for faster, fairer decisions.
Two products worth knowing about if you run FinOps Copilot
Meridian covers the reliability side of the same estate and quantifies the cost impact of incidents — complementary to CI/CD Control Tower, which connects releases to cost.
Warden governs your own AI agents and LLM integrations. That is a different question from AI Infrastructure, which governs what your AI workloads cost.
The service lines
Seven service verticals cover the full span of cloud transformation.
| Service | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Multi-Cloud Consulting & Migration | Design, migrate, and optimise workloads across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud — on-prem to cloud-native |
| DevOps & Platform Engineering | CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Kubernetes orchestration, GitOps delivery |
| Managed Cloud Operations | 24/7 monitoring, incident management, security patching, FinOps governance, SLA-driven support |
| AI & Generative AI Engineering | Custom ML models, LLM integrations, enterprise copilots, and AI analytics on SageMaker, Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI |
| Data Engineering & Analytics | Data lakes, real-time streaming, BI dashboards, and predictive analytics |
| FinOps & Cost Optimization | Cost visibility, rightsizing, reserved capacity planning, and continuous optimisation |
| Custom App Development & Maintenance | Building, modernising, and maintaining applications across SaaS, enterprise, and public-sector platforms |
Specialist guides
Varcio Cloud publishes deeper material on a few areas that come up repeatedly:
Foundation Models & AWS Bedrock
An interactive comparison of Bedrock, Azure OpenAI & Copilot, and Gemini — with a cost calculator.
Azure OpenAI Service
Azure AI Foundry, PTU pricing, and a migration guide.
Google Gemini Enterprise
Agent Builder and the Vertex AI rebrand.
Cloud Funding & Credits
Sourced AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud migration funding data.
Cloud platform partnerships
| Platform | Relationship | Depth |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Primary partner | EC2 & EKS, Lambda & Step Functions, SageMaker & Bedrock, S3 & DynamoDB, CloudFormation & CDK |
| Microsoft Azure | Strategic partner | Azure Kubernetes, Azure OpenAI, Azure DevOps, Cosmos DB, Azure Arc |
| Google Cloud | Strategic partner | BigQuery, Vertex AI, GKE & Anthos, Cloud Run, Dataflow |
AWS is the deepest surface, which is reflected in the product too — see Cloud Coverage for what that means in terms of detector depth and remediation actions per provider.
How engagements are run
Varcio Cloud's delivery methodology has four stages, and FinOps Copilot maps onto the last two.
