What it is
Subscription and entitlement management: plan comparison and change, billing cadence, invoices, usage against limits, add-ons, discounts, the prepaid wallet, and the Apex AI credit ledger.
Who it is for
Account administrators and the finance owner of the platform relationship.
How it works
Four plans — Explorer, Pro, Business, and Enterprise — each defined as a set of included page permissions, included action permissions, and hard numeric limits, enforced server-side rather than merely displayed.
An entitlements view shows exactly what your current plan grants, and a matrix compares plans directly.
Full detail: Plans & Limits.

How to use it
Review entitlements
To see precisely which pages and actions your current plan grants.
Check usage against limits regularly
Members, workspaces, cloud accounts per provider, active policies, API tokens, and alert channels are all capped and enforced.
Compare plans when approaching a limit
The two capability flags that matter most are policy blocking and pipeline execution — see Plans & Limits.
Switch to annual billing where the commitment is acceptable
For a 15% reduction.
Monitor the Apex AI Credits ledger
AI consumption is metered separately from the subscription.
Top up before the allowance is exhausted
Or configure budget enforcement to cap consumption instead.
Why it matters
Entitlement transparency prevents the most common source of frustration in tiered software: discovering a capability is unavailable only at the moment it is needed.
Exposing usage against every limit alongside the plan matrix makes upgrade decisions evidence-based rather than reactive.
And metering AI consumption separately keeps a genuinely variable cost from being hidden inside a flat subscription — where it would either inflate everyone's price or quietly get rationed.
