What it is
A complete channel partner and reseller portal with its own authentication, its own user management, and its own commercial workflow: client and lead management, an opportunity pipeline, deal approvals, cloud rebilling, and commission payouts with generated invoices.
Who it is for
Resellers, managed service providers, and consulting partners who sell and operate Varcio FinOps Copilot on behalf of end customers.
How it works
A partner is not a tenant user
The portal authenticates separately from the main product, with its own registration, email verification, and user administration. Partners manage their own team — resetting passwords, adding and removing users — without needing anyone else's involvement.
The commercial pipeline
A partner tier system governs commercial terms, and the payout workflow computes eligible commission lines, collects a billing profile, and generates a downloadable PDF invoice for each payout request.
Cloud rebilling
Partners who rebill cloud have a dedicated billing surface reconciling the underlying provider cost against what the end customer is charged, with per-customer attribution.

How to use it
Register and complete email verification
At /partner/register.
Configure the partner profile and review your tier
The partnership tier sets your commercial terms — worth understanding before you start registering deals.
Register opportunities and move them through the pipeline
Registration routes to approval.
Complete the payout billing profile before your first commission cycle
An incomplete billing profile is the most common reason a first payout is delayed.
Why it matters
Channel partners are the standard route to market for infrastructure software — and they will not sell a product that forces them to run their pipeline, deal registration, and commissions in spreadsheets alongside it.
Providing a first-class partner surface with its own identity, pipeline, and automated payout invoicing removes the operational friction that otherwise limits channel scale.
And per-customer rebilling reconciliation gives managed service providers something they cannot easily build themselves.
